Job Description:
We are recruiting professional interpreters for the Moroccan Interpreter Job in Lanark. This freelance opportunity is ideal for linguists fluent in Moroccan and English, offering services in healthcare, legal, educational, and community sectors. As a Moroccan interpreter in Lanark, you will help clients understand critical information, facilitate communication, and ensure that language barriers do not impede access to essential services.
Assignments include hospital consultations, legal proceedings, school meetings, and social service visits. Each assignment allows interpreters to gain valuable experience while delivering high-quality interpretation that directly benefits the community. Requirements:
• Fluent in Moroccan and English
• Recognised interpreting qualifications such as DPSI, CI, NRPSI, or equivalent
• Enhanced DBS certificate
• Up-to-date CV and proof of identity
• Two professional references
• Prior experience in healthcare, legal, or educational interpreting preferred
