Job Description:
We are inviting applications for the Igbira Interpreter Job in Gorseinon, an exciting freelance opportunity for interpreters fluent in Igbira and English. As an Igbira interpreter in Gorseinon, you will assist individuals during critical interactions in healthcare, legal, educational, and community settings, ensuring accurate and effective communication.
Your role will be varied, offering assignments across hospitals, schools, courts, local authorities, and community services. Requirements:
• Professional fluency in Igbira and English
• Recognised interpreting qualification (DPSI, CI, NRPSI, or equivalent)
• Enhanced DBS check
• Two verified professional references
• Up-to-date CV and proof of identification
• Prior experience in healthcare, legal, or educational interpreting preferred
Scope of Work:
• Interpret across multiple sectors including healthcare, legal, education, and community services
• Deliver accurate and impartial interpretation for clients and professionals
