· determines staffing, financial, material and other short and long-term requirements; 

· develop, Enhance, implement comprehensive sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.

·  discusses client’s requirements and advise client on the purchase of property and land for investment and other purposes;

·  conduct and arrange for structural surveys of properties and undertake any necessary valuations of property or agricultural land and deal with grant and subsidy applications;

· negotiate land or property purchases and sales or leases and tenancy agreements and arrange legal formalities with solicitors, building societies and other parties;

·  maintain or arrange the maintenance of estate accounts and records and produces financial forecasts;

· Delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base

·  examine and assess housing applications, advise on rent levels, investigation and complaints

· Review and ensure proper execution & documentation of application, agreements and allotments
